About Us
New Generation Auto School was founded in 2005 in the city of Lawrence, Ma by Mercedes Tejeda. The School stood tall at its initial location on the corner of Parker St and Market St. The School was opened as an avenue to not only help her family and raise her kids without a financial burden, but to help her community be able to grow and educate. As time went by, New Generation became a premier Hispanic driving school for its community. With just a dream and an idea Mercedes became well known in Lawrence and its surrounding areas.
Our Mission
Her mission to continue to educate and help her Spanish community has continued to live till this day and although her location has changed, her name and her passion still remain the same. New Generation has been a family owned and family run business since the beginning. For years Mercedes and her husband Jose have been in charge with the daily ins and outs of the business like driving lessons and office work.
With 20 Years in Business, Mercedes son Claudio is now engaged in the family business using his years of experience to bring a different perspective and idea to continue his mother's mission. With the foundation Mercedes built this company with, they now look to adapt to social changes and continue to educate the New Generation with the ability to become knowledgable and safe drivers on the road.
New Generation Auto School serves all Lawrence, Methuen, Haverhill, Lowell, Andover, and North Andover Towns. Instructors are Bi-Lingual - speaking English and Spanish.
